  The homestead camping area has no designated camping areas but there are plenty of nice spots to set up. There are no facilities but it offers secluded natural camping and the homestead is interesting. The area around the homestead is mainly surrounded by I think some type of cypress trees and plenty of shade. I personally preferred the shearing shed campsite a couple of kilometers west. It is equally secluded and natural but more diverse trees and I think nicer to walk through. Lots of birds at both sites and in the morning there were some kangaroo and wallaby around. A nice and natural if not spectacular geographically but still beautiful national park.
